Consultation Planning

The phone call

The first step is to call us for date availability and briefly describe what you desire for your end result from your portrait session. It is okay if you don’t know what you want, we can discuss option ideas.

The second step is to CONFIRM your portrait session date. Our non-refundable retainer fee is $150 on a week day and $200 on a Saturday or holiday (based on availability) and DOES NOT INCLUDE prints or products. This fee is excluded from our headshot package, which is a separate session. The retainer pays to reserve your date for the portrait session, brief editing and preparation of your images for product ordering. Portrait sessions are up to two hours, unless otherwise stated. We highly recommend adding hair and makeup stylists to your portrait session. Pamper yourself to look and feel your very best for your portrait art!
